They are endeavoring to create a template for new corporate governance and disclosure measures, which is beneficial for both the stakeholders and controllers.

This is an online self study course that can be globally accessed from any internet enabled computer. Access is for 91 days. A completion certificate will be awarded to students who pass the class with a 70% or better grade.
