Jeffrey Feldman

Practical Experience:


Jeffrey Feldman, founder of the XShares Group, works with clients of strategic partner TD Ameritrade to invest in ETFs. Feldman created the TDX Independence Funds, the first target date ETFs in partnership with TD Ameritrade, and serves as the funds’ Chairman.

For the past 39 years, Mr. Feldman has been involved in investment advisory, retail brokerage, private equity investing, academics and teaching.

From 1990-2001, he was an advisor to Broadmark Capital, LLC.

Mr. Feldman was also Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Cralin & Co., where he worked from 1973-1988. During his tenure he founded and built Cralin a New York Stock Exchange member firm and full service broker-dealer with annual revenues in excess of $25 million.

Additionally, Mr. Feldman has held analyst positions at Goldman Sachs & Co. and has taught courses on macroeconomics, investment theory and taxation.

He received his MBA in Finance from St. John’s University in 1973.

Mr. Feldman holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses from the NASD.
