The New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) Announces Global Partnership with Rock Orient Foundation (“Rock Foundation”) and American Education Center Inc. (“AEC”) to Bring World Class Financial Training to working professionals and students and underprivileged communities around the world.

The New York Institute of Finance, Inc. (NYIF) announced today its partnership with Rock Orient Foundation (“Rock Foundation”) and American Education Center Inc. (“AEC”) to collaborate on offering NYIF professional certification programs focused on skills building and career development in the financial services industry. The three organizations have also agreed to introduce NYIF certification courses to non-finance major college students and early-stage professionals around the world and provide basic financial education to underprivileged communities to empower employability and entrepreneurship.

Rock Orient Foundation is a Foundation led and chaired by Steven C. Rockefeller Jr., a fifth-generation member of the Rockefeller Family. The Foundation seeks to provide solutions to challenges and problems as well as support the evolvement of public health and promotion of global education and cultural communication, and the development of human society.

Incorporated in 2014, American Education Center, Inc. delivers customized advisory services for educational institutions and corporations, and international students studying in the U.S. and U.S. students studying globally. AEC recently expands its service to the vocational training sector including helping clients’ employees acquire knowledge and skills in areas like green finance, blockchain, and fintech to support young professionals’ career development.

The ROCK Oriental Foundation and AEC have signed an agreement with NYIF respectively, which lays out a long-term strategic partnership in professional training and certifications, academic content development, marketing, international recruiting, and course delivery. Starting this fall, NYIF will develop programs in partnership with Rock Oriental Foundations to provide financial and business skill training to schoolers in underprivileged communities as well as women entrepreneurs; NYIF and AEC will jointly provide executive training for overseas corporations that have an interest in investing US.

The agreement between AEC and NYIF also includes helping NYIF to establish a regional financial training institute in the Asia-Pacific area, to bring wall street know-how to the professional communities of the fast-growing economies in Asia-Pacific. This new venture will particularly focus on green finance, data finance, and ESG and supply chain finance areas. AEC is responsible for the marketing and development local client relationships, while NYIF will focus on differentiating the offering programs from other competing professional training programs in the region through concentration options in ESG, Sustainable Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Supply Chain Finance, ESG, and Fintech including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Green Finance among others. NYIF and AEC will also use this venture as a regional hub to offer career services support for finance students from fast-evolving and robust economies such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and China’s Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao areas.
