NYIF and Cass Business School team up to bring Wall Street’s finest skills training programs to London
London – May 10th, 2017 – Cass Executive Education and the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) will offer two joint professional certificates in the following core areas of finance: Quantitative Methods for Finance (QMfF) and Fixed Income (FI). Participants can expect an immersive and interactive programme that employs realistic simulations and case studies, preparing participants for successful careers in finance. Both programmes are tailored for finance professionals with an aptitude for quantitative disciplines in mathematics, sciences, engineering, and economics. Both programmes will be open for enrolment in May 2017.

Quantitative Methods for Finance Programme
The Quantitative Methods for Finance (QMfF) programme is designed to develop the fundamental desk-ready skills essential for quantitative roles in finance, including:

- • Structuring
- • Valuation
- • Risk management
- • Regulation
- • Financial engineering

Fixed Income Programme
The Fixed Income (FI) programme aims to produce skilled individuals in the key areas of fixed income including pricing and valuation of newly, fixed income instruments and markets, and yield curve analysis.
Participants will develop practical, technical and analytical skills to determine fair values, the term structure of interest rates, and yields and risk measures for a wide variety of instruments including:
- • Government bonds
- • Corporate bonds
- • Mortgage securities
- • Fixed income derivatives
The FI professional certificate is scheduled for the week of 13th November 2017 at Cass Executive Education.
