The New York Institute of Finance is seeking exceptional individual to support Customer Success Team for NYIF's in demand educational programs, which consist of a mix of in-person and virtual training solutions across the business and financial service industry.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Engage with incoming students as a member of the customer success team, being the in-person point of contact upon arrival to class
- Assist our program managers for all public and virtual classes
- Assist with the creation of NYIF courses on the edX platform for the upcmoing year
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Maintain the pantry stock
- Coordinate sales from Magento to Salesforce
- Enroll students into online courses when needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and management skills, ability to prioritize
- Must be self-starter and driven
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quiickly in a fast-paced, start up environment
- Experience with edX, Magento and Saleforce is a plus
- Experience working wth HTML and LMS platforms is a plus
- Adept at learning new software solutions and able to research and assess technology tools used in the creation and distribution of multimedia content
- Customer Service experience strongly prefered
