Jay F. McKeage

AREA OF EXPERTISE

Jonathan (Jay) McKeage has over 35 years of experience in the areas of business, finance and education. In his career in investment banking, Jay has worked in the areas of corporate finance, equity analysis, sales and trading, and investor relations, both domestically in the US and internationally. He has been involved in education services as a corporate executive, teacher and consultant for the past 10 years, and has taught online courses in investment banking related courses, such as M&A, IPOs, and the history of capital markets.

CURRENT POSITION

Jay is currently an Executive Vice President at NYIF, where he supports the CEO in developing partnerships with NYIF globally and in capital raising for business development purposes. Jay also serves as a Board Director for other privateand public corporations.

PAST POSITIONS

Jay began his investment banking career with Paine Webber in New York City and has held executive positions with international investment banks Morgan Grenfell plc and Dominick & Dominick LLC. He has also worked as a research analyst for a New York City hedge fund, focusing on ADR trading, as well as for an American Stock Exchange specialist firm, where he acted as liaison and new listing advisor to corporate issuers. He also served as VP of Corporate NYIF Executive Vice President Development for Digital Angel Corporation, an international manufacturer of RFID and GPS products.
