Bill has 30 years of experience in the fields of learning and development, curriculum design, executive coaching and organizational development. His areas of expertise include organizational assessment, performance management, curriculum design, competency development, certification and instruction in sales, negotiations, presentation skills, leadership and management.
Bill consults in the banking, securities, public accounting and insurance industries, developing strategies to address issues in human resources and learning. His work specifically focuses on competency-based assessments, customized client solutions and best practices evaluation. He works with all levels of management, from executive/managing directors to employee focus groups, utilizing productivity and performance consulting processes. He has certifications from Myers-Briggs, Birkman, DDI, Psychological Associates, Huthwaite, FORUM, OMEGA and Global/Achieve.
He served in senior HR and learning roles with leading financial institutions including PricewaterhouseCoopers, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch. Bill worked both domestically and internationally in corporate, wealth management, global sales, operations and consumer divisions.
