A disciplined change management process is essential in ensuring long-term commitment to new environments in the workplace. Setting goals, identifying stakeholders, assigning roles and responsibilities and effectively dealing with resistance to change all present challenges to dynamic change in the work environment. Understanding principles of change management and developing an actionable game plan provides the foundation of this workshop.
