Presentation Excellence: Giving and Receiving Feedback

In today's world, criticism comes from every corner. Comments are analyzed instantaneously for worldwide broadcast. However, evaluating a speech, criticizing a speech. Delivering bad news also presents its own challenges, as does receiving that bad news.

This workshop will follow on the Presentation Excellence: Building Business Leadership Skills workshop, utilizing the participants' presentations. This seminar will continue building those skills that are crucial to becoming a good speaker while presenting the face of the firm.

The workshop will look again at the presentation that were delivered in the previous workshop and then re-focus on the objectives the speaker had in mind when writing and delivering them. These objectives will then be utilized by the presenters as evaluators in crafting a targeted evaluation. Classroom time will also be spent on crafting and delivering a presentation in which bad news is delivered - e.g., a poor job performance evaluation or a job termination.
