Dynamic Client Meetings

Every client interaction is an opportunity to gain the client's faith or lose the business. Successful client service professionals understand the importance of putting their client first and focusing every meeting on addressing their clients' needs. Exec/Comm's Dynamic Client Meetings seminar prepares client service team members to plan and participate in meetings that will strengthen client relationships.

Using real-life scenarios, participants engage in role-plays to hone their client meeting skills. They acquire skills through extensive digital recording, group exercises and intensive coaching. A typical half-hour during the session includes ten minutes of lecture and twenty minutes of practice.

Participants receive a workbook they'll use during the class, access to a customized online manual, a DVD of their personal performance during the program and reminder e-mails after the seminar.
