Motivating and Delegating

Today's most effective managers know how to inspire their teams, develop their employees' skills, and build a better work environment. Motivating and Delegating prepares participants to successfully manage others, offer guidance and create stronger working relationships.

This program includes one-to-one role plays in which participants delegate assignments and convey performance feedback. Using real-life scenarios, participants work on their leadership skills. They acquire skills through extensive digital recording, group exercises and intensive coaching. A typical half-hour during the session includes ten minutes of lecture and twenty minutes of practice.

Participants receive a workbook they'll use during the class, access to a customized only manual, a DVD of their personal performance during the program and reminder e-mails after the seminar.
