Communicating for Better ResultsProblem solving isn't easy. When the problem involves another person and something you think they are doing wrong, solving the problem is even more difficult. Communicating for Better Results prepares individuals to work more effectively with others to solve problems and to improve performance. Using real-life scenarios, participants engage in role-plays and work on problem solving techniques. They acquire skills through extensive digital recording, group exercises, and intensive coaching. A typical half-hour during the session includes ten minutes of lecture and twenty minutes of practice. Participants receive a workbook they'll use during the class, access to a customized online manual, a DVD of their personal performance during the program and reminder e-mails after the seminar. | ||
