Hedge Fund Strategies - Online

This module talks about hedge fund investment strategies. You'll learn about Long/Short Equity, the oldest and the largest hedge fund strategy; Global Macro, the best known strategy; Event-Driven strategies, which aim to capture the price movement generated by mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and restructurings; and Equity Market Neutral, which looks to balance long portfolios against short portfolios. Also covered are different styles of hedge funds, and what makes a good manager.
