Chris Chase has over 25 years of investment banking experience. He has advised US and international public and private companies and private equity firms in several billion dollars worth of transactions. Strategic transactions include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, privatizations, and restructurings. Financing assignments include loans, public and privately-placed investment grade and high-yield debt, IPOs and secondary equity offerings and convertibles.
Chris started his investment banking career in the Salomon Brothers investment banking training class, which was described in Michael Lewis book, Liars Poker. At Salomon Brothers, Chris worked in Corporate Finance and M&A, including an assignment as Head of Midwest M&A in Salomons Chicago office.
After Salomon, Chris was an investment banking Managing Director in the Industrial Group at Banc of America Securities, where he managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio of loans and advised clients in a variety of financing and M&A transactions.
Chris is now a Managing Director at Morgan Joseph & Co., a New York-based investment bank.
