Melissa Caldwell

Practical Experience:

Melissa is an independent consultant with over 20 years experience in diverse industries. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative strategies and processes that measure, develop, and optimize people effectiveness. Melissa works with individuals, teams and whole organizations to implement change, integrate new cultures, grow team effectiveness and develop leadership skills. She delivers and develops customized programs to enhance employee engagement and boost productivity. Melissa is dedicated to assessing talent as well as training, coaching, and motivating individuals and teams for the company’s sustainable competitive advantage.

Melissa’s work with managers includes enhancing current leadership skills and building upon individual strengths and styles to optimize effectiveness in today’s challenging environment. She has worked both on a national and international level.

Prior to forming MCaldwell Consulting, Melissa served as Director of Organizational Development within a manufacturing company as well as a Fortune 500 retail organization where she designed and implemented human resource processes such as performance management and succession planning. Her career history includes creating and managing employee and management development functions as well as internal consulting to organizational leadership on human resource related issues of the day.
