Angelo P. Vignola is an independent trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he has traded futures, derivatives, and arbitrage positions for over 12 years. Previously held positions include independent equity /index trader, Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), and portfolio manager at Old Kent Bank where he was responsible for $350 million dollars of pension money.
Vignola is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University where he teaches courses in futures, options, and portfolio management. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Loyola University Chicago, teaching investments, options, risk management and portfolio management courses. Additionally, Vignola teaches options, portfolio management and investment classes for their executive education department. His extensive knowledge in trading equities, futures, options and portfolio management allows him to draw from his professional experiences to combine theory and practical learning into the classroom.
Vignola has conducted options classes from basic to advanced courses for various Asian trading groups. He is also an active participant at professional meetings, discussing papers and serving on programs.
