William has 25 years experience in the fields of Learning & Development, Curriculum Design, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development. He has served in Senior HR and Learning roles with a variety of leading financial institutions, domestically and internationally in Corporate, Wealth Management, Global Sales, Operations and Consumer Divisions. William has worked with client groups in the banking, securities, public accounting and insurance industries in developing strategies to address a broad range of issues in both Human Resources and Learning.
Williams work has specifically focused on developing competency-based assessments, customized client solutions and best practices evaluation.
