More than 25 years of teaching and professional development skills experience. In 1987, after a time at Merrill Lynch, I joined Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Through the three successor firms (Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan, JPMorganChase), Bill was a program manager and instructor for the Credit & Risk Analysis and Client Training Programs for the firms' Investment Bank.
In 2002, co-founded Kennedy Moran Associates LLC: The Financial Training Consortium. In partnership with our clients, they provide credit & risk training and the professional development skills so crucial to a business.
As a Public Speaking & Communication Skills Consultant, Bill has created and taught a variety of skills-based classes while working with all levels of staff from the most junior analyst to very senior executives.
He has conducted workshops in Investment Banking and related topics on campus as part of recruiting efforts, especially targeting Women's Colleges and Historically Black Colleges & Universities. He has created and conducted seminars in Selling & Negotiating and Public Speaking Skills in New York, around the U.S. and in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
