Laura Berman

Practical Experience:

Laura Berman is a financial consultant with over 18 years of experience in corporate financial analysis. As a Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, she served as Program Coordinator and Primary Instructor of the Analyst Training Program - Finance. There she organized, developed, and delivered classes and materials for accredited programs in New York and around the world, including customer institutions. At Chase, she also assessed and managed the credit relationships of multinational, large corporate, and mid-size companies in a wide variety of industries, including troubled credits. She was recognized for co-developing and successfully executing an innovative asset securitization product appropriate for non-investment grade credits.
