Patricia Sparacio-Don Diego is a New York Institute of Finance faculty member who specializes in Credit, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Curriculum Design and Development, and Leadership Development. Ms. Sparacio is currently Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Prior to this, Pat was the Managing Director of the New York Institute of Finance for 7 years. Her banking career started over 20 years ago at JPMorganChase where she worked in various line and training roles. As a Vice President at JPMorganChase, she managed all Corporate Finance Investment Banking Associate Training and Continuing Education programs. In addition to design and development of entry level training programs, Pat was an instructor in both the entry programs and continuing education programs and has traveled around the world for JPMorganChase as an instructor. As a Client Executive, Pat managed the relationships of major commodity companies, including Cargill. As a workout specialist, she negotiated and led corporate restructurings and analyzed and recommended strategies for valuation and restructuring of the banks portfolio
Pat has taught as a visiting professor at Fordham Universitys Graduate School of Business and an Adjunct Professor at Georgian Court University. Pat has her Masters Degree from New York University and is also fluent in Spanish.
