Patricia Sparacio-Don Diego is a New York Institute of Finance faculty member who specializes in Credit and Corporate Finance. Ms. Sparacio is currently the Managing Director of the New York Institute of Finance and spent 23 years at JPMorganChase in various line and training roles. As a Vice President at JPMorganChase, she managed all Corporate Finance Investment Banking Associate Training and Continuing Education programs. In addition to design and development of entry level training programs, Pat was an instructor in both the entry programs and continuing education programs and has traveled around the world for JPMorganChase as an instructor. As a Client Executive, Patricia managed the relationships of major commodity companies, including Cargill. As a workout specialist, she negotiated and led corporate restructurings and analyzed and recommended strategies for valuation and restructuring of the banks portfolio.
Pat is presently a visiting professor at Fordham Universitys Graduate School of Business and an Adjunct Professor at Georgian Court University. Pat has her Masters Degree from New York University and is also fluent in Spanish.
