Michael Parks is a New York Institute of Finance faculty member who specializes in Accounting.
Michael has ten years of experience as a financial statement auditor at Price Waterhouse LLP (PW) in Manhattan. At the time he left PW, Michael was a Senior Audit Manager in the Investment Management Services Group and was serving as lead engagement manager for the audits of mutual funds and investment partnerships/hedge funds.
Michael also has eight years experience teaching full-time in the accounting department of Berkeley College. He has taught courses at all levels of financial and managerial accounting, auditing and capital markets.
Michael currently directs the Internal Audit department at MDRC, a social policy research organization.
