Michael Parks

Practical Experience:

Michael Parks is a New York Institute of Finance faculty member who specializes in Accounting. Michael runs his own accounting consulting practice and is an instructor of accounting at Berkeley College. He has taught courses in all levels of financial and managerial accounting, auditing and capital markets.

Michael has ten years of experience as a financial statement auditor at Price Waterhouse LLP (PW) in Manhattan. At the time he left PW, Michael was a Senior Audit Manager in the Investment Management Services Group and was serving as lead engagement manager for the audits of Prudential’s 80+ mutual funds as well as other investment partnership clients.
