Overview of Asian Capital Markets

With above average growth rates and a significant consumer base that is fueling economic expansion, the countries of Asia are seeing unprecedented developments in their financial landscapes and are providing investors and issuers a great opportunity to take advantage of high capital returns. However, given the relative infancy of many of the local financial markets, there are still risks in Asia for a new investor to consider.

This two half-day course mines through the landscapes of the major players in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Shanghai, and Mumbai with an eye towards understanding what type of financial instruments are being used by both domestic and International players to take advantage of the Asian growth story.
